your newborn session experience

Kristi Lynn Photography is a full service luxury fine art maternity, newborn, and children's photography studio located in Lebanon, NJ. Props, outfits, and sets are expertly designed and curated so that no two sessions are alike. Many of the newborn outfits, hats, wraps, and headbands are handmade by myself using high quality yarns and fabrics, meaning you won't see any of the same props or outfits used by other photographers. The studio also offers a snack bar, coffee/hot chocolate bar, and a well stocked mini fridge with water, seltzer, snacks, and juice. During your newborn session, feel free to relax in the living room area while your little one is being photographed, and catch up on your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime, and more. Your session is completely custom and will be uniquely yours.
Prior To Your Session
Before your session, we will schedule a time either in-person or over the phone to go over products, outfit choices, and color schemes, to be sure that your session is perfectly and beautifully curated. At that time, we will also discuss the workflow of your newborn session.
During Your Session
During your session, I will get a mix of posed and candid images of your family, child(ren), and baby. Newborn sessions can be anywhere from 2-4 hours long. If your baby arrives to the studio sleeping, I will start with some baby only poses, and move on to family/sibling photos, if you choose to be photographed as well. Family and sibling photos are always included in a full newborn session, or can be added on if doing a newborn mini session.
After Your Session
Approximately 1 week after your session, you will come back to the studio to review your images, and put together the perfect print or digital package for you and your family. Sessions and products are completely customized to each individual client, so pricing will vary based on your end goal. Client's typically invest, on average, $1500-$3000 per session.
